About Our Attorneys
Aaron Cohen is a graduate of the University of Washington and Whittier Law School. During his time at the University of Washington, he studied geography with a speciality on urban spatial patterns. At Whittier Law School his emphasis on business law afforded him the opportunity to focus on the many diverse practice areas within the concentration. Aaron’s professional experience while in the practice of law has included the development of estate plans and assisting new and current entrepreneurs with their business ventures. At FC360 Legal and Business Solutions, Aaron intends to change the nature of traditional legal interactions: replacing impersonal and costly transactions with a customized approach to help clients solidify their future goals, dreams, and endeavors.
Mariella Cohen is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Prior to working at FC360 Legal and Business Solutions, she worked as a deputy district attorney at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. In law school, she interned for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, the Placer County District Attorney’s Office, and the McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic. Mariella has over five years of dedicated practice helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence. Through comprehensive estate planning, she works diligently to ensure each client’s wishes are carried out effectively, with a strong emphasis on protecting their legacy for generations to come.
